A P S College of Engineering, located on the vast “Anantha Gnana Gangothri” Campus, Somanahalli, Kanakapura Road,Bengaluru – 560 116, was established in the year 1997 and presently has 7 Under Graduate (UG) programs namely B.E. in 1. Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), 2. Information Science & Engineering (ISE), 3. Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE),  4. CSE (Artificial intelligence & Machine Learning), 5. CSE (Cyber Security), 6. Artificial intelligence & Machine Learning,  (AI&ML) 7. Electronics and Computer Engineering (UE) with a total intake of 450 students per year. 2 Post Graduate (PG) MBA & MCA with a total intake of 120 students per year. Also, there are 5 Research Centers in the Departments of CSE, ECE, ME, CE and Physics Department.

The College is situated on the Bangalore-Kanakapura Highway and the sprawling green campus is spread across a total area of around 100 acres with an on-campus Boys & Girls Hostel. All necessary facilities namely library, canteen, playground, Gym and transport facilities are provided as per the norms.

The College is approved by the highest body for Technical Education in India namely the AICTE, and affiliated to the VTU, Belagavi, and recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
The College is established under the Acharya Patha Shala (A P S) Educational Trust, Bengaluru, with a Vision to mould the raw youngsters into responsible citizens and competent professionals to take up challenges at International level. The Educational Trust was started in the Year 1935 and has a glorious traditional past of more than 8 decades. There are 12 Educational Institutions managed by the Trust right from the Nursery, Primary, High Schools to Degree Colleges in Bengaluru.
