Moodlakatte Institute of Technology, Kundapura popularly known as MITK, was established in the year 2004 by Nagarathna Bhujanga Shetty Trust. It was inaugurated by Sri T.N. Chaturvedi, Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka. Today MITK is emerging as one of the most reputed engineering colleges in coastal Karnataka by developing as a centre of excellence and imparting quality education in engineering.
