SJB Institute of Technology (SJBIT), established in 2001 under the aegis of Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust®, is a premier autonomous engineering institution affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

The Trust, founded in 1974 under the blessings of His Divine Soul Jagadguru Padma Bhushana Sri Sri Sri Dr. Balagangadharanatha Mahaswamiji, is dedicated to imparting holistic education that fosters intellectual, spiritual, and physical development. Today, the Trust manages over 600 educational institutions across the country, benefiting more than 1.5 lakh students annually.

The year 2026 marks a significant milestone as SJBIT proudly celebrates its Silver Jubilee Year, commemorating 25 years of excellence in technical education, research, innovation, and service to society.
